We have 100 plants to get in the ground, and if time, some Common Onion Grass to remove.
The Warranwood Landcare Group would welcome help. It has another 100 plants to get in the ground on the wall of the retarding basin in Warranwood Reserve, where the Kurboroo Kindergarten children recently had planting sessions. If there is time, they will remove the environmental weed Romulea rosea, Common Onion-grass, which is growing in that area.
ALL WELCOME, but children must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them at all times.
Wear: Strong Shoes, Long sleeves and trousers recommended.
Tools & gloves provided.
Free Cuppa, cordial & biscuits.
Enter the reserve from Eden Valley Road, Warranwood (at the foot of Braden Brae Drive), or park next to the Kurboroo Kindergatern in Bemboka Road Warranwood and take the (signed) path next to the basketball ring.
