Our famous Whirrakee Wattle plant sale is back for another year !
2022 pre-orders have opened for Whirrakee Wattle seedlings grown by our members with collected local seed.
Tubestock is $2 each and we have 750 healthy seedlings to offer.

Payment details will be forwarded upon ordering.
Plants will be grown on until Saturday 30th April when they can be collected at our stall at the Whirrakee Wattle sculpture, Huntly Memorial Hall (corner Midland Highway and Gungurru Road Huntly) from 9-12.
Why Whirrakee Wattle ?
Whirrakee Wattle (Acacia williamsonii) is rare and virtually endemic to the forests around Huntly. It's our town's 'floral emblem' and celebrated / acknowledged in many special ways.
And best of all it's a low maintenance, drought tolerant, attractive shrub that is perfectly suited to our soils and climate and will attract biodiversity to your garden / property.
