This event is part of
Tidying up at the start of the Happy Valley walking track
Please meet at the start of Leanganook (Happy Valley) walking track where Verlin St meets Happy Valley Road. The task is brush-cutting, weeding and general cleanup in that area, to assist previous plantings. We will continue our work in that area from last month, moving onto the floodplain where we will get a good view of the area where the poplars have been removed and we will provide an update at morning tea.
- Wear stout footwear and bring good gloves of course
- We'll have some tools, but bring your favourite weeding tools if you have some.
- We will start at 9.30 am and have the usual delicious morning tea at about 11.30 am.
