B2B has submitted an application to the Victorian Government for a 4 day's / week position for a landcare facilitator for the next 3 years. If we are successful with funding the network really looks forward to cranking up the pace and getting more on ground and capacity building works underway. We are keen to develop some landscape scale projects like the 444,000 trees project in the Hopkins Moyne region about 10 years ago. With this in mind we plan to meet with all interested and relevant agency staff to look at what actions will compliment current strategies and works. If anyone has ideas at a local level - please let Mick know so we can put it into our list of works.
