Torquay Landcare Group and the Surf Coast Inland Plains Landcare Network (SCIPN) in partnership with Victorian Serrated Tussock Working Party (VSTWP) aims to raise awareness of serrated tussock in affected communities within the Surf Coast Shire through the delivery of education and best practice management advice
Tim Johnston, VSTWP Extension Officer and SCIPN Landcare coordinators will be present to answer all your questions, including:
• Identification of Serrated Tussock and other local weeds
• Management options
• Landholder obligations, and many more.
*If weather permits we will conduct a paddock walk on a nearby farm to identify serrated tussock in situ- please dress appropriately.
