The Victorian Landcare Facilitator Program Review - Final Report and DELWP's Key Findings, Recommendations and Actions in response to the Review's Final Report are now available.
In June 2019, DELWP appointed RM Consulting Group to design and deliver a participatory review of the Victorian Landcare Facilitator Program (VLFP) - an important mechanism by which the Victorian Government empowers and supports local communities to act for the environment.
The Final Report of the VLFP examined the program's effectiveness, impact, roles and accountability, and highlighted alternative delivery models.
The Victorian Government has used the seven recommendations within the VLFP Review report to determine follow up actions for each recommendation, with a focus on improving the design and delivery of the VLFP so that it is more effective, efficient and has greater impact.
