All Landcare groups and networks have a moral and legal obligation to minimise risk or injury to anyone involved in their activities by providing a safe working environment. You must see health and safety as one of the core functions of the group and its operations. This Landcare Note outlines some of the important safety issues that you need to consider and offers information and references to deal with them.
