Project Hindmarsh, the Big Desert to Little Desert Biolink, is a long-term volunteer community project which aims to reconnect the Big Desert and Little Desert regions in western Victoria through revegetation and restoration of native vegetation on private and public land. In 2022, we will revegetate 14 hectares of disused farmland, which will benefit FFG-listed threatened species and threatened woodland plant and bird communities. The project will involve large scale volunteer support and benefit local businesses and the community.
