This event is part of
Informative workshop led by David Sparks from Sustainable Gardening Australia.
Many native plant species can be grown from cuttings. This workshop explains how to go about it.
Since our Landcare group ran the workshop in 2018 we have propagated thousands of locally indigenous plants from seed. We've also had and had success with cuttings of one or two of the species we need for revegetation projects. Growing more species from cuttings is the next stage for us. It may be the first for you.
We are also growing plants to plant in pollinator patches to help native insects and birds to thrive.
The workshop is free, but on-line booking is essential. COVID - safe protocols will apply.
