Wyndham Litter Warriors carries out litter clean-up events across all four corners of Wyndham City Council. It works closely with Council staff to identify areas of concern and take appropriate action. Working through a network of Local Litter Leaders, it can react to problem areas in an estate or suburb by promoting and supporting a community clean-up day. It is well equipped with enough tools and equipment to cope with teams of up to 120 volunteers. The activities are fully insured, and community members are encouraged to involve whole families. The team is also available to support community, school or industry groups who wish to be involved in one-off litter events.
