The Northern Yarra Landcare Network has purchased a sprayrig for use by landowners in the fire-affected parts of Yarra Ranges.
To book the sprayrig, contact your local Landcare Group in Steels Creek, Dixons Crek or Chum Creek.
The rig comes registered on-road with a 600 litre tank, Honda motor, Bertolini pump and 2 Quikspray retractable reels, each with 100 metres of hose and remote control operated.
New users will need a 20-30 induction on the use of the rig to ensure safe procedures are observed.
