Come and join our Landcare members and hear from a long-term volunteer and shire representative talk about Mount Eliza Regional Park, its past present and future.
Post-talk, we'll treat some woody weeds within the reserve and discuss their environmental impact and benefits of their staged treatment within an ecosystem.
Stay for a BBQ and a cuppa after the tour and working bee
Site Tour and Talk: 10.00 -11.00 ; Working Bee: 11.00 – 12.30; BBQ and Discussion: 12.30 – 14.00
Meet at end of Victory Place, Mount Eliza (parking along Victory Pl and Claremont St).
Join B&ML Group members at Mount Eliza Regional Park and learn about the reserves history as well as help the reserve through some weed control.
Wear comfy clothes and closed toe sturdy shoes and roll up your sleeves and meet your fellow Landcare neighbours.
We invite you to stay after the working bee for light refreshments. This event is free to members of Balcombe & Moorooduc Landcare and interested locals.
