Tree Planting at Strathallan
A Family Landcare Start-up group will begin planting trees around the Strathallan Hall on Sunday April 25.
The newly formed group invites local residents to join them for a sausage sizzle lunch from 12 noon.
Cass Davis from NCCMA will talk about the Waterwatch program and then show younger members of the group the huge variety of aquatic bugs found in water samples collected from the nearby Campaspe River.
Some 30 indigenous native shrubs will be planted around the hall after lunch.
