This working bee is a bit different - some direct seeding under the expert supervision of Ian Higgins who is Victorian Landcarer of the Year.
We will seed some interesting herbaceous species and some of the threatened Grevillea dryophylla in the Montgomery Street grasslands area where there are some special examples of local grasslands.
We did some preparation last Sunday but more will be needed on the day. Bring rakes and weeding tools if you have them. Remember to wear stout footwear and gloves, and dress for the weather (wouldn't it be nice if it rained!).
Starting at 9.30, morning tea at 11.30.
