Our planned working bee is cancelled due to the state government's COVID lockdown.
The task for this working bee is to prepare some beds for planting the seeds of the Murnong (yam daisy) and some grasses, ready for seeding in a fortnight.
You can park at the start of the Leanganook walking track (close to where Happy Valley Road intersects with Verlin St.)
As per usual practice:
- don't come if you have any COVID symptoms
- bring hand sanitiser
- bring your own tools if possible
- wear stout footwear and gloves, plus sun-protection
- bring your own drink/snack. We are still avoiding the sharing of goodies for morning tea, but we will have a morning-tea break and chat.
