As well as helping hands to plant, we are also looking for any donations your group or individual landholders could be able make to help ensure the successful establishment of the plants.
Items we are looking for include:
Tree guards, - either plastic sleeves or cardboard cartons and stakes.
We are happy to take any partly used packs of sleeves, stakes that may be sitting un - used at the back of your shed
Glyphosphate for spot spraying.
Most sites being re- planted this year after the fires are focused toward re-establishment of the understorey plants.
Many of the eucalypts look as though they may recover from fire damage.
Chemical for spot spraying for weed control will greatly assist in getting the new shrub layer established.
