This is a workshop for all of those who want to know how to manage preparing meat.
The Butchery day will include skinning and cutting up a lamb, and we will use the chops for lunch.
We will also prepare rabbits and poultry.
The cost of attendance will be buying raffle tickets to win a meat package. The presenter is Anthony Elwood.
