Ongoing annual control program targeting regionally declared weeds with support from Second Generation Landcare Grants and Envirofund.

The groups has focused on regional weeds Boxthorn and Cactus Ssp. for the past 6 years, with both now in manageable populations. More recently Bridal Creeper has become a focus to the group, releasing biological agents rust, leaf beetles and hoppers at specific sites and monitoring the uptake. The group was fortunate to receive an Envirofund Grant in 2006 to undertake major control works. Ongoing control is acheived via the Second Generation Landcare Grants.
