A BBQ and meeting was held to listen to Stuart Wilder speak about Mens health and introduce our new facilitator, Kiersten Noonan.
Well attended by 30 people both members of the Landcare Group, members of the community and Kevin Sparrow of the North Hamilton CFA. (who cooked the barbeque)The barbeque and meeting was held to listen to our guest speaker, Stuart Wilder, and also to introduce Kiersten Noonan, our new Local Landcare Facilitator to our members.
Stuart Willder spoke about Men’s Health in regards to obesity related diseases, such as diabetes, links to cancer, and heart disease, prostate problems, cancer and pesticides, and mental health. Stuart was a huge success and the group cannot wait to hear another talk on Mental Health offered by him in the future.
