The Clifton Creek Community Landcare Group formed in 1998 and the group area covers 10,320 hectares. This area encompasses Bullumwaal, Clifton Creek, Waterholes, Mount Taylor and Granite Rock. The group is situated approximately 15 km north east of the City of Bairnsdale.Currently, the main focus for the Clifton Creek Community Landcare Group is the Clifton Creek Sustainable Soils Project.  A Soils Focus Group has been established.  Planning meetings and site preparation works have been carried out.
