The Napoleons/Enfield Landcare Group is based around Cambrian Hill, Napoleons and Enfield just south of Ballarat.

What is special about this group is their amazing teamwork! They all have different skills which they all contribute equally. There is no main group of people doing all the work, each of the 23 families involved put up their hands and help out at their regular working bees.

Since 1997, the group has been completely embedded in the local community, taking on landscape change in a sustainable way on both public and private land and have always included young people in their activities.

Their concern about the health of their local environment extends to the need to impress upon young people why this is important.
