Lismore Landcare Protection Groups area is fortunate enough to include several wetlands and habitats of high significance to the Victorian Volcanic Plains. Several such areas were protected and enhanced with fencing of waterways to exclude stock, revegetation to provide habitat and removal of weeds such as boxthorn in this 2012/13 project.
