the project aims to control Gazania within the proposed project site. This will involve using monthly Jan Juc Coast Action community working bees, a ‘Weed Whacking Day’ using local community groups to control Gazania using hand pulling and appropriately qualified contractors to apply herbicide spray twice during the year. There will also be a letter drop to educate the local community of the issues of growing this weed on their property and nature strip.
